Our mission
We are not alone on shift
First responders face trauma most people never see. The bad calls follow you home. The nightmares wake your family. And too often, there's no one to talk to at 3am who actually gets it. ServiceSurvivors is a room that stays open — for EMTs, firefighters, police officers, nurses, dispatchers, and everyone who runs toward the worst day of someone else's life.

Take care of yourself first
You can't pour from an empty tank. Sleep, routine, professional support if PTSD is in the room — then peer help.

Listen more than you fix. Share experience, not sermons. A hand on the shoulder from someone who's worn the uniform.
Know your limits
If someone is in crisis, connect them to 988 or their department's EAP — you don't become their only lifeline.
